M.S and Ph.D Scholarship Positions:

Financial support is available for prospective graduate students in the Department of Engineering Sciences at the Middle East Technical University. This support will be provided from the Research and Development Project “Development of a Bridge Management System for Turkey” funded by TUBITAK under the Government Corporations Research Program (KAMAG 1007) and conducted by METU and a TEKNOKENT firm on behalf of the General Directorate of Highways. Students interested in working on the following research subjects are encouraged to apply:

• Optimal Design, Maintenance, Monitoring and Management of Civil Infrastructure Systems
• Bridge Engineering and Management
• Structural Health Monitoring under Uncertainty
